Before any followup materials are generated, your supervisor has the opportunity to review each call outcome as a quality control mechanism. You are then able to preset as many options for followup materials as you wish, generating mailmerged letters, emails, forms, gift aid confirmations, etc. These can easily be set to generate multiple versions – for example, a different followup letter for specific segments, or different donation forms for constituents in particular countries.
